Rampur Double Cask Indian Single Malt Whisky
A jewel amongst the collection for whisky lovers. Rampur Double Cask has been crafted by maturation in handpicked American Bourbon barrels and European Oak sherry casks. You will get delicate balsamic vanilla notes from the use of American white oak and they compliment the full-bodied aroma; rich caramel, dried dark fruits and spicy tonality from the use of European oak will add depth to this non-chill filtered single malt. The nose is full-bodied with tropical fruit notes, smooth malt tones and oak notes from the double oak-wood barrels that create an 'aurora of flavours'. The palate is luscious and elegant with sweet fruits that ride on rich sherry notes for a blissful nirvana that will come to a long and lingering finish.
Stauning Bastard Danish Rye Whisky
The wind from the North Sea mixes blood with the desert of Mexico in this double-distilled rye whisky aged in old Mezcal casks. An illegal love affair with a gentle and exotic aftertaste. Stauning Bastard is a rye whisky made purely from local ingredients, malted on the floor at the distillery and double distilled in flame heated pot stills. After a minimum of three years in new, toasted virgin American oak casks it has been finished for six months in Mezcal casks from Mexico.
