Ramsbury Single Estate Gin
Ramsbury Single Estate Gin is a crisp, full-bodied London Dry Gin. The Ramsbury Distillery is located in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside where they make their own spirit from winter wheat which is grown in their very own fields. To make this fantastic crisp and refreshing premium gin they redistill the spirit with botanicals including juniper infused with the floral tones of quince that has been also grown on the estate. The addition of citrus, woody angelica and spicy cinnamon create a complex yet very well balanced gin. There are not many single estate made gins on the market and this is exceptional!
Two Birds Speciality Cocktail Gin
A specially developed version of their award winning London Dry but with extra juniper! Developed to be the perfect accompaniment to any Gin based cocktail by altering the distillation process resulting in a more intense Juniper flavour but still bottles at only 40%vol for a well-balanced finish. Also available in a 20cl bottle. Our Perfect Pour: Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic Water and garnish with apple or juniper berry. Or use as intended in a cocktail, a negroni or gimlet perhaps?!
