Renais Gin
Renais Gin was created by siblings Alex and Emma Watson, inspired by their family's winemaking heritage in Burgundy, France. Renais is distilled from salvaged French grapes, then tastefully imparted with flavour from local terroir, French botanicals and handpicked grapes sourced from Grand Cru vineyards. This has created a delicious and unique modern gin that has been inspired by the craft produce, people and provenance of Burgundy France. On the nose, Renais Gin presents a delicate floral bouquet, with prominent notes of fresh juniper and a subtle hint of citrus zest, reminiscent of a sun-drenched orchard. As it opens up, a whisper of earthy coriander and a touch of peppery spice emerge, adding complexity and intrigue. The palate is greeted by a soft and rounded texture, where the classic piney character of juniper is beautifully balanced with bright, zesty lemon and a gentle sweetness. Mid-palate reveals nuanced herbal undertones, perhaps a touch of angelica root and a whisper of something green and fresh. The finish is clean and lingering, leaving a pleasant warmth and a final echo of citrus and spice.
Saint Sithney Cornish Pink Gin
The Pink Gin from Saint Sithney is distilled on the Cornish farmstead and infused with juicy pomegranate and ripe raspberries, this is not your average Pink Gin either. Crafted using their classic dry base and layered with natural fruit, it delivered a gently sweet, tart and refreshingly crisp gin.
