Rosemullion Cornish Spiced Rum
Rosemullion Spiced Rum is 100% single pot distilled and aged with selected spices. They are one of the very few that are distilling their own alcohol where others may flavour or alter industrial alcohol for their product, a true Cornish made product. Rosemullion Rums are 100% pot batch distilled to ensure they retain their essential flavours. Established in 2018 set in the rural Cornwall countryside close to the Helford River. Rosemullion Distillery are creating artisan spirits including gin and rum, they are passionate for quality, flavour and authenticity. The water used in the fermentation and distillation is Cornish rainwater! The use of local ingredients including Cornish seasonal fruit and honey make for a cracking product. They are also focused on minimising their environmental impact. They ferment their own alcohol, distil and bottle at the same location. They have selected bottles that can be reused by you at home as water decanters, flower vases, who knows...?
