Saint Sithney Cornish Non-Alcoholic Botanical Spirit
Saint Sithney Cornish Non‑Alcoholic Botanical Spirit is a refined, coastal‑inspired drink crafted to deliver the depth and complexity of a premium spirit without the alcohol. Made in Cornwall using a careful blend of local and traditional botanicals, it captures the character of the region with fresh citrus, aromatic herbs and subtle maritime notes. Designed for those who want a sophisticated alternative to gin or botanical spirits, it offers a clean, elegant profile that stands up beautifully in mixed drinks. The aroma is bright and herbaceous, with hints of lemon peel, wild Cornish botanicals and a gentle saline lift. On the palate it is crisp and refreshing, combining citrus zest, soft green herbs and a delicate coastal minerality that adds structure and depth. The finish is smooth, dry and lightly aromatic, leaving a lingering botanical freshness. Perfect served with a quality tonic, over ice with a twist of citrus or used as the base for non‑alcoholic cocktails, it provides a grown‑up, flavour‑forward option for mindful drinkers seeking something truly distinctive.
Xoriguer Gin Mahon
Wonderfully aromatic, this gin has been enjoyed for centuries on the Island of Menorca. It was first made for the British Sailors who were stationed on the Island between 1708 and 1802 and is still made in the traditional way, according to the original 18th century recipe. Distilled from wine alcohol, it is infused with fresh juniper berries and a secret blend of herbs known only to the Ponds family who, to this day, make the gin themselves. The aroma shows gentle juniper, light herbal notes and a touch of citrus. On the palate, it offers a smooth, slightly oily texture with balanced juniper, subtle sweetness, hints of fresh herbs and a clean, mellow finish that reflects its distinctive island craftsmanship.
