Meet the producer Boutinot has been working with growers across California for decades, refining its portfolio vintage by vintage to deliver wines that balance ripe fruit, structure, and accessibility. Production Sourced from vineyards in Northern California’s Central Valley, around Lodi and Manteca, where the San Joaquin and Sacramento river deltas provide cooling breezes that preserve freshness in the fruit. Cabernet blocks are vinified separately and blended for balance, with 6 months ageing in oak to provide a broad frame and subtle chocolate notes.
