St Giles Gin
Coming from Norfolk St Giles Gin's signature gin is made with 11 botanicals including lemon grass, grains of paradise and rose petals. The botanicals are infused within their bespoke copper still named Anna, by the head distiller Pete Margree to greate a beautiful modern and sophisticated gin. To smell you get notes of grapefruit and lime and punchy hints of peppery spice. On the palate you get a well rounded and smooth in the mouth soft fruitiness of ripe berries, spice and mellow earthiness. Simon Melton is a professional diver, also the St. Giles’ founder, who has been fortunate to venture to lots of unusual places around the world, giving him ample opportunities to explore a wide variety of delicious gins. On his exciting journeys, he invested years of research and visited many distilleries, all in passionate pursuit of his beloved spirit.
Wicked Wolf Exmoor Gin
Wicked Wolf Exmoor Gin is a small batch artisan gin made in the wilds of Exmoor National Park by Husband and Wife team Pat Patel and Julie Heap. Made from 11 botanicals producing complex layers of citrus and pepper notes finely balanced with the distinct flavours of juniper and coriander. This results in a mature premium spirit where Hibiscus and kaffir lime leaves have been artfully blended with these traditional botanicals, thus creating a familiar traditional flavour with a contemporary yet restrained character. Made in tiny 25 litre batches, each botanical if distilled separately and then carefully blended to achieve a consistent style through from batch to batch. This time consuming and labour intensive process results in a lovely smooth gin, full-bodied but also elegant in style. The full list of botanicals are as follows; Juniper, Coriander, Lemon Grass, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Cardamom, Grains of Paradise, Cubebs, Lemon Peel, dried Orange Peel, Agelica Root and Hibiscus. This has proved to be an extremely popular gin and, as you can see by the customer reviews, it’s popularity is apparent. Due to the very limited volume produced during the distillation if this gin, this product has a tendency to go out of stock but rest assured we will always be getting more as and when it's available.
