A fruit lead dry gin with a touch of Cornish wildflower honey. Distilled with 14 different hand selected botanicals sourced either locally or from exotic locations. Blackberries that are 100% British, wildflower honey from Cornwall, coriander seed from Bulgaria, liquorice root from Uzbekistan, angelica root from Poland, orris root from Morocco, green cardamon from Guatemala, cinnamon from Madagascar, bitter almonds from Morocco, fresh citrus peel seasonally sourced and violets hand picked from Tarquin's own garden! Made with their Tarquin's dry gin , infused with British blackberries and a touch of wildflower honey. The result is a heavenly gin with dark berry fruits, crisp juniper and a touch honey on the finish. The Bitter Truth Pink Gin
This has a lovely pale rose colour and has been made using premium gin with aromatic bitters. This tradition of Pink Gin was first created in the Royal Navy to cure sea sickness. Soft and gentle in the mouth, it is complex and flavoursome. Ideal neat or with a tonic or in a Martini Cocktail.
