The Wrecking Coast Sloe Gin Cornish Honey 50cl
The Wrecking Coast Distillery is the first of the multitude of Cornish gin makers to release a Cornish Sloe gin. Contains Cornish honey and locally picked sloes. Cornish Sloes foraged in 2017 were exceptional and are in clear evidence delivering richer red-berry flavours to this vintage. Sloes are joined by orange and lemon zest, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. Gently steeped for at least three months and finished with Cornish Wildflower honey from the hives on the cliffs around Tintagel.
Willem Barentsz Mandarin & Jasmine Gin
This is their second pioneering spirit that is smooth, fragrant and fresh. Delicately infused with natural mandarin peel and exotic jasmine flowers for a distinctively smooth and fresh taste. Willem Barentsz was a Dutch Arctic explorer, this bottling is in homage to him. The jasmine and mandarin botanicals are inspired by his quest for a Northeastern trading route to China by way of the sea. Perfect Pour: We like a double measure of Willem Barentsz Mandarin & Jasmine Gin over ice, a premium light tonic and a large wedge of fresh orange.
