Vineyard & Production Grapes are hand-picked under optimal ripening conditions from Catalunya, with the 2024 harvest relatively early due to prior droughts. A wetter spring and mild summer provided healthy fruit with excellent natural acidity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 16 degrees to preserve freshness and varietal character, with alcoholic fermentation lasting around two weeks before careful clarification and bottling.
