Adulation is one of the brands in the broad portfolio of Fior di Sole, a family-owned winery located in the heart of California's Napa Valley. The company, one of the largest in California, produces wines in various price ranges. The Adulation brand is widely known for producing great value wines. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The vineyards, planted on strong soil with silt and clay, enjoy the warm California sun and a temperate climate which guarantees the perfect ripening of the Zinfandel. After fermentation, the wine is aged in American oak for a few months. This makes the wine more textured and adds some spice notes. Adulation Zinfandel is a powerful wine with a dark ruby-red color and violet reflections. Its aromatic profile is intense and complex with a strong concentration of black fruit, plums, blackberries, and cherries, followed by spices, dark chocolate, tobacco, and leather. On the palate, it is deep and robust with a pleasant fruity focus. It is a well-balanced wine: it shows a refreshing acidity and velvety tannins.
