Viticulture Each cru is grown on a distinct soil type that shapes its personality: Colledilà : Clayey-limestone soil, rich in calcium carbonate and densely stony—one of the most representative terroirs of Chianti Classico. Roncicone : Sandy deposits with sea-smoothed stones, offering minerality and finesse. CeniPrimo : Alluvial soils from the River Arbia valley, contributing depth and complexity. All vineyards are cultivated with precision to highlight the natural expression of Sangiovese, with low yields and careful canopy management.
