About this sparkling wine
Barnaut's sense of traditional approachability is on show in this accessible cuvée, which demonstrates the generosity of Bouzy Pinot Noir. Fresh strawberry tart, sugared almond and buttery dough aromas meet plenty of fruit sweetness and a depth of honey, toast and dried apricots from the addition of 50% wines from a perpetual reserve that goes back to 1992.
