About this sparkling wine

Beppe Morchetta embodies Italian style and taste, offering a trio of wines from selected vineyards in the Veneto. The wines are unmistakably Italian, both in presentation and character. The latest addition is a bright, fresh, fully sparkling Spumante, showcasing the elegance and vibrancy of the region. Viticulture Grapes are grown on sandy clay soils and hand-harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve freshness while delivering balanced flavour. Winemaking This Spumante is a blend of Garganega and Trebbiano. The base wine is carefully fermented at approximately 18 °C in stainless steel tanks. A second fermentation is carried out using the Martinotti–Charmat method, creating fine, delicate bubbles. Tasting Note Delicate aromas of white peach and citrus are complemented by an appealing bitter twist on the finish. The palate is bright and fruity, with fine bubbles that carry the character through to the finish. Food Matching Ideal as an aperitif, for brunch, or as a base for a spritz or Bellini.
