About this sparkling wine
This blanc de blancs is made of purchased fruit from organic and biodynamic grower friends. The 2020 shows bright, crystalline yet sweet fruit. Full, soft and round palate, with a fine, zesty lemony bite of acidity. I am cherishing the fluffy/creamy mousse and built-in energy of this expressive, sweetly fruity wine. Disgorged: 08/2023; dosage: 0g/l.
