Atlantic Distillery Jynevra Cornish Organic Gin

Jynevra and Gorsedh, which is Cornish for gin and Gorsedh is the name of the Cornish organisation responsible for the spiritual well being of the county, are a pair of 46% ABV hand crafted gins made from organic botanicals of which a great many are grown at the distillery or foraged from the wilds of Cornwall from coast to moor. The gins are blended with the distillery's own hand drawn water and distilled slowly in a bain marie still called Guinevere, so named after the famous character from Arthurian legend. Jynevra has a hint of orange on the nose but does not mask the juniper. These citrus flavours continue on the palate culminating in a dry finish. This is best served with strips of orange and Blueberries over ice together with a Fever Tree Tonic.
