Tasting Notes The nose reveals smoky bonfires, soapy water, wet wool, and hints of mineral oil and wax, with a smouldering beach bonfire in the distance. The palate is smooth and mildly sweet with good acidity, sea salt, spiced notes, and peppery flavours. Firm, smooth, and light to medium-bodied.
