Eagle Rare has been produced at this historic site since 1989, when it was refined into the smoother, 90-proof, 10-year-old expression that has become a favourite today. Made using Mash Bill #1 and aged for a full 10 years in new charred oak barrels. Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV) to preserve the full character while maintaining approachability.
