This particular whisky is made by taking fully matured Elijah Craig Small Batch bourbon and enhancing it with a finish in toasted and charred new European oak barrels, resulting in more pronounced, bolder, and spicier flavours. The aroma exudes rich caramel, cinnamon, vanilla, marmalade, toasted wood, and baked apples. The palate reveals notes of crème brûlée, baking spice, desiccated coconut, oak char, and cookie dough, culminating in a long and sweet aftertaste.
