Made from distilled grape spirits, the brandy is aged in American oak butts that previously held Sherry wines. Using the Solera system, younger brandies are continuously blended with older ones, producing a smooth, harmonious spirit with remarkable depth and consistency. The winery follows time-honoured methods, combining careful selection of grape distillates with centuries-old aging techniques in the Solera system. Production Grapes are distilled into high-quality spirits, then aged in American oak casks that have previously contained Sherry. Fractional blending through the Solera system ensures a consistent character across vintages while allowing complexity and richness to develop naturally over time.
