About this spirit
Distilled in 2016, this distinctive and different single malt spent ifts first years maturing in bourbon casks before being moved to shaved, toasted and re-charred red wine barriques from rioja to finish. The citrus and caramel flavours from the bourbon casks weave together with the red fruits of the rioja barriques, creating a complex whisky with spice and depth that's also light and floral. 6,000 bottles
