Produced from the finest sources from around the world and then blended on the coast of Devon with pure Dartmoor water. Passionately crafted, Hattiers Rum is rich and complex yet accessible. Neat, on the rocks, with a mixer or as the base of perfect cocktails, Hattiers Rums are blended to be truly versatile. this is how they think rum should be and they are proud to share their passion! Aromas of vanilla pods with a delicious creme anglaise. Creamy fudge and ripe pineapple. The palate is a light to medium body, a dry presence with a light and attractive soft fruity profile. The finish is light, with oily grass notes and gentle nutty pineapple that leads to a long cream finish. Eminence is made from the following blend: 5 & 8 year old - Pot still double retort and column blend - Barbados 5 year old - Pot still - Australia 3 & 8 year old - Column still - Trinidad 3 year old & unaged - Pot still double retort - Jamaica No added colourants. Non-chill filtered. Ex-bourbon Cask. Matured at source Distillery. Blended and bottled in Devon.
