Aromas of chocolate banana, sanded wood and dried figs. The palate is demerara sugar, pink pepper and dark chocolate. For the second time Langatun is launching a 10-year-old single malt whisky. This second «Langatun Whisky 10y» is an absolute highlight and comes with a beautiful colour of bright amber. Also this time a lot of heart blood was invested to complete the masterpiece. The 49.12% vol. alc. the aromas are generously accentuated. The Langatun 10yrs Single Malt Whisky is limited to 555 bottles! Dried figs with warming wooden notes with an interesting fruitiness rise to the nose. The Pinot Noir Single Cask perfectly combines dark chocolate aromas with nuances of pink pepper. At At the end there are very long aromas of liquorice, an own spice of sherry and red wine on the palate. A true pleasure. The Langatun 10yrs 2nd Release has achieved 95 out of 100 points in the Jim Murray Whisky Bible 2020 and is thus Swiss Whisky of the year . The bottles come in a wooden box.
