A harmonious blend of Oloroso Sherry and ex-Islay casks has delivered a bold intensely fruity, complex whisky with lots of cherry and red berried fruits coupled with restrained BBQ smoke, ginger cake, molasses then salty charred wood and red roses on the finish.
