About this spirit
Paul John is known for their exquisite Indian Single Malts and this is no exception. With the use of Oloroso casks that have been hand selected for their quality they have finished this single malt off to produce an explosion of incredible flavours. On the nose it is aromatic with sherry influenced notes like peach, apricot, molasses and orange spice. On the palate it is sublime, filled with chocolate and nutty notes amongst some sweet and heavy spice from the cask influence.
