About this spirit
The flagship rum of the Planteray range. A beautifully balanced rum with coconut, vanilla and caramel, and a seductively sweet finish with notes of Cognac from its secondary ageing. Beautifully balanced rum with coconut, vanilla and caramel, plus a seductively sweet finish with notes of Cognac " A blend of pot and column still rums aged between five to eight years, which is then finished in ex-cognac casks in France for a further 6 months. The classic Bajan notes of orange peel, coconut and honey are balanced with a light Cognac astringency: great in cocktails or just mixed with ginger beer or coke."
