About this spirit
Sol Tarasco, a Mexican Charanda rum, is crafted from a blend of raw honey and distilled mountain sugar cane, cultivated at elevations exceeding 1,300 metres above sea level. Utilizing traditional production methods and a slow distillation process, the spirit is aged for approximately three years in barrels and bottled at 40% ABV. The resulting flavour profile reveals velvety honey, orange peel, honeycomb, and vanilla pod, with a hint of cinnamon emerging on the finish.
