A delightful Irish single grain whiskey from The Busker range, crafted at the Royal Oak Distillery. This expression is aged in both bourbon and marsala wine casks, with the latter being sourced from Cantine Florio 1833, one of the oldest wineries in Sicily. It presents a light body with sharp fruitiness and the characteristic sweetness of grain whiskey. The aroma is marked by sharp green apple, milk chocolate, cinnamon butter, and subtle hints of minerality. On the palate, you'll find flavours of banana foam sweets, vanilla cream, coconut, zingy fruits, and earthy oak. The finish reveals notes of fried banana, cooked apples, and custard.
