It is boldly presented in a wine-shaped bottle sealed with a red wax top. Released as part of the Cheese Cellar Collection, it is ideal for pairing with cheese. The aroma unveils notes of homemade berry jam, floral honey, and subtle hints of nutmeg. On the palate, one experiences flavours of dark chocolate, forest fruits, and chewy barley, accented by a touch of orange peel. The finish is characterised by chocolate meringue, dark fudge, and dry oak.
