Clean, modern, and consistently delicious. Vineyard and Production The vineyards lie in the northern part of Chieti province in Abruzzo, at the foot of the Maiella massif. Soils are predominantly clay, and the area benefits from annual rainfall of 700 to 900mm. A warm climate combined with strong day to night temperature variation and frequent breezes creates ideal conditions for healthy, flavourful grapes with balanced acidity. Grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed to preserve purity and freshness. Fermentation with selected yeasts takes place at cool, controlled temperatures below 20 degrees Celsius in stainless steel tanks to retain vibrant fruit character. The wine is cold-stabilised and carefully bottled to maintain its crisp, clean profile.
