Crafted from Grenache Noir and Cinsault grown close to Lake Thau, this is a refreshing Mediterranean-style rose that balances bright red fruit with crisp, clean acidity. Grapes are harvested in the early morning to retain aromatics, then vinified as a classic rose de presse with soft pressing and cold fermentation to ensure delicacy and freshness. Tasting Notes Pale and bright in the glass, Celiane opens with fresh red fruit aromas of raspberry and redcurrant. On the palate, luscious currant flavours from the Grenache are lifted by tangy raspberry from the Cinsault, before a dry, clean and refreshing finish.
