Crafted from a blend of indigenous Sicilian grape varieties, harvested early in the cool morning hours of August, this is a wine of genuine freshness, floral elegance, and Mediterranean character — the kind of bottle that transports you somewhere warm with every sip. Harvested early in August during the cool morning hours, the grapes undergo soft pressing and controlled-temperature fermentation.
