The 2023 vintage benefited from a rainy winter and mild spring, followed by warm, balanced summer conditions, resulting in grapes with high concentration, vibrant fruit and excellent ripeness. Grapes were hand-harvested and carefully selected, then gently destemmed and crushed. Fermentation and maceration took place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks with regular punch downs and pump overs. To preserve fresh, juicy fruit character, the wine was vinified without oak and matured in a combination of stainless steel and concrete vats.
