Centelleo is one of the finest expressions of this philosophy, combining the structure and depth of Tempranillo with the aromatic lift and dark fruit intensity of Syrah. The result is a modern, approachable Spanish red that punches well above its price point, offering concentrated, balanced fruit flavours and a long, rounded finish that makes it genuinely hard to put down. Vineyard & Production Crafted from Tempranillo and Syrah vines aged between three and forty years, planted on a variety of soils including loam, clay, chalk, and sand. Low-yielding vineyards are carefully monitored to ensure grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. After hand harvesting, the grapes undergo a two-day maceration followed by a fourteen-day fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Cold stabilisation is applied before bottling to ensure freshness, vibrancy, and purity of expression. Tasting Notes Ruby with dark purple at the centre.
