The vines are 45 years old on average, with a yield of 25 hL/hectare. Grape Varieties Grenache 65%, Syrah 25%, Muscardin 5%, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Vaccarèse, Terret Noir 5%. Winemaking Hand-harvested and carefully sorted, with fermentation carried out in temperature-controlled vats at 28–30°C over four weeks. Ageing 24 months in large foudres, with 10% in stainless steel. Tasting Note Deep, dark and profound red in the glass. The nose is elegant and expressive, revealing red fruit aromas. The palate is supple and ample with fine tannins, balanced richness and freshness, and a structured frame that delivers elegance and depth. Food Matching Charcuterie, grilled or slow-cooked red meats such as spring lamb stew, and a selection of aged cheeses.
