The 18-hectare estate lies on a south-facing hillside that descends gently toward the Barbanne Valley, the natural boundary between the two appellations. Its diverse terroirs—ranging from water-regulating clay slopes to gravelly outcrops and clay-loam plateaus—create wines of depth, complexity, and freshness. Production Harvesting is carried out by hand, with careful sorting of grapes before fermentation. Vinification takes place plot by plot in thermoregulated concrete vats, each calibrated to the size of the parcel. Maceration lasts between two weeks and one month, depending on the character of each terroir.
