Production Grapes are grown at 700 metres altitude on sandy limestone soils and harvested at peak ripeness. Fermentation with native yeasts occurs in stainless steel tanks, with extended skin contact to extract flavour and structure. The wine is bottled unfiltered, preserving its natural character.
