Les Loges is their classic French White Wine from the Pouilly-Fume appellation, made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown across 17 hectares of vines averaging 25 years of age. Vines are Guyot-trained, with fertiliser applied only when necessary and treatments strictly limited. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled conditions over 18 to 20 days, with no oak ageing, allowing full expression of varietal purity. Tasting Notes.
