Aromas of violets and fresh plums lead into a juicy, approachable palate with herbal notes and gentle, integrated tannins. Vineyard & Terroir Selected parcels across Stellenbosch and Western Cape, chosen for optimal ripeness and balanced growth. Winemaking Hand-harvested grapes undergo open-top fermentation with careful pump-overs and punch-downs to extract colour and flavour. Each variety is matured separately in oak before blending.
