François-Xavier brings expertise from Chinon and Saint-Emilion, while Gérald manages his family estate, Domaine de la Cotelleraie, in Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil. Together, they focus on producing terroir-driven wines that express the freshness and elegance of the Loire Valley. Production Hand-harvested Chenin Blanc grapes are gently pressed and aged in old French oak barrels for a minimum of six months.
