Production Grapes are hand-picked in the early morning to retain their natural aromas. Only the best bunches are selected, both in the vineyard and at the winery. Upon arrival, the grapes are gently pressed, and the juice undergoes a slow, low-temperature fermentation lasting two to three weeks. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks for several months to preserve its purity, finesse, and vibrant fruit character. Tasting notes The wine shows a pale, luminous peach hue with silvery reflections. The bouquet is delicate and expressive, offering aromas of white flowers, peach, citrus, and subtle lychee.
