About this wine
A bold and full-bodied Shiraz with black crimson colour, bursting with aromas of blueberries, fresh plum, liquorice, and subtle chocolate biscuit. The palate is seamless and layered, showing fresh berry fruit, coffee, vanilla cream, and warm spice, delivering great depth and length. Vineyard & Terroir 100% Shiraz sourced from McLaren Vale, hand-selected to ensure concentration and ripeness. Winemaking Fermented and matured in 100% American oak barrels (55% new, 45% one-year-old), with malolactic fermentation to enhance texture and richness. Tasting Notes Blueberry, plum, liquorice, chocolate biscuit, coffee, vanilla, warm spice; full-bodied with great depth and seamless texture.
