A dark, rich, and texturally opulent Shiraz, described as wrapping the entire palate in a ‘velvet glove’. Aromas of black plum, blueberries, roasted coffee, and anise are complemented by a supremely smooth, molten chocolate-like mouthfeel. Liquorice and allspice linger on the finish, perfectly balancing structure and depth. Vineyard & Terroir Grapes sourced from the Gateway vineyard in McLaren Vale, hand-selected for optimal ripeness and concentration. Winemaking Barrel fermented and matured in 100% new American oak, with malolactic fermentation enhancing texture and richness. Tasting Notes Black plum, blueberries, roasted coffee, anise, liquorice, allspice; deep, rich, smooth, and structured.
