The wines of Terres Fidèles are designed to embody the wild spirit of south-western France, crafted from old-vine Grenache, Carignan, Malbec, Cinsault, Viognier, and more. These are authentically made, small-batch wines rooted in character and terroir. Winemaking Though made from an ancient variety, Carignan, the vinification is thoroughly modern. The grapes are destemmed and crushed before fermentation at a controlled temperature of around 23°C. Ageing takes place in tank, with a touch of French oak staves adding complexity and roundness.
