Vineyard & Production Sourced from organically certified vineyards in the western Bekaa Valley at 1,000 metres altitude, where the combination of altitude, limestone soils, and the Bekaa's continental climate produces grapes of natural freshness and intensity. The grapes are fermented in concrete vats at 27-29°C using a non-interventionist approach. The wine is unoaked and unfiltered, preserving the purity and character of the fruit. Tasting Notes Deep purple-beetroot in colour. The nose is dominated by fresh red fruits, strawberries, and cherries, with savoury, earthy depth and hints of spice and black pepper.
