Sichel Pauillac is a refined red wine from the prestigious Pauillac appellation on Bordeaux’s left bank. Crafted from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%), Merlot (31%), and Cabernet Franc (4%), this wine exemplifies the elegance, structure, and classic character of Pauillac, offering rich aromatics and a polished palate. Malolactic fermentation takes place in both vats and barrels, followed by 20 months of ageing in oak and tanks to integrate flavours and enhance structure.
