Made from 100% Verdeca, a native white varietal grown on old bush vines, this is a wine of real aromatic intensity, vibrant freshness, and a distinctly Mediterranean character that sets it apart from the crowd. Vineyard & Production Sourced from 15–20-year-old espalier-trained vines harvested at the end of August. Fermentation takes place off the skins under controlled temperatures (15°C), followed by ageing in stainless steel to preserve the wine's aromatic intensity, minerality, and natural freshness before bottling. Tasting Notes Delicate aromas of hawthorn and acacia on the nose, with notes of cedar, yellow grapefruit, and subtle mineral and saline nuances.
