About this wine

Dense purple colour. A complex, perfumed nose with dense brambly fruit, ripe plum and liquorice with hints of vanilla and smoky oak. The palate is plush and full with flavours of blackberries, dark chocolate, sweet spices and anise. Velvety tannins, combined with ripe fruit and soft acid give the wine a lovely balance and a long, fine finish.
