Sourced from two contrasting vineyards, hand-harvested, and carefully vinified to preserve aromatic intensity, this is Gewürztraminer at its most expressive and rewarding. Vineyard & Production Gewürztraminer grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and allowed brief skin contact before pressing. The clear juice undergoes cool, temperature-controlled fermentation with pure yeast, followed by maturation on yeast lees for added texture. The wine is then racked, blended, clarified, stabilised, and bottled to preserve its vibrant aromatic character.
