Vineyard & Production Fruit is sourced from vineyards in Hemel-en-Aarde, Walker Bay and Elgin, grown on iron-rich clay, granite and sandstone soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and purity. No oak is used, and the wine is bottled with minimal intervention to maintain clarity and precision.
